Quick & Easy Cookies
1 Box Yellow Cake Mix
2 c. oatmeal
1 c. sugar
1 c. oil
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. chopped pecans (optional)
Place the above ingredients in a large
bowl and mix thoroughly. Roll into
small balls and place on an ungreased
cookie sheet. Bake 325 degrees F. for 15 - 20 minutes.
Makes 5 - 7 dozen.
